Reformer 4 Rookies
This class is designed for those new to Pilates or reformer workouts and provides a comprehensive and accessible entry point where you'll learn the basics of proper body alignment, core engagement, and intentional movement.
Reformer 4 All
Suitable for participants of varying skill levels. Whether you're looking to refine your technique, deepen your practice, or simply enjoy a well-rounded Pilates session, this class offers a supportive environment where everyone can progress at their own pace.
Intermediate Reformer
The intermediate class is designed to challenge and inspire those looking to deepen their strength, flexibility, and body awareness. This class is perfect for those seeking a more intense workout, refining their technique, and progressing towards advanced Pilates movements within a supportive environment.
Strength Reformer
Strength reformer incorporates strength and conditioning to your Pilates class by blending traditional weights, TRX, body weight exercises with the unique resistance of Pilates reformer springs and other Pilates props.
HIIT Reformer
HIIT reformer blends the core-stabilising, posture-enhancing principles of Pilates with the calorie-blasting power of HIIT. Expect a series of precisely curated exercises that target every major muscle group, promoting lean muscle development, improved flexibility, and enhanced cardiovascular health. Suitable for all fitness levels, modifications are provided to ensure everyone can challenge themselves safely.
Postnatal Reformer
Designed for mothers who have given birth in the last 12 months or those aiming to rebuild their foundation by addressing common postpartum issues such as: diastasis recti (abdominal muscle separation), pelvic floor muscle concerns, post C-section lower abdominal weakness, and general back/joint aches and pains. This class takes a holistic approach to postpartum recovery through targeted reformer exercises to enhance deep core strength, flexibility, and overall well-being on your postnatal journey.
Prenatal Reformer
Designed specifically for expectant mothers, this class provides a supportive environment for you to maintain fitness while alleviating any discomforts that may come along with a growing baby.
ZEN Reformer
A mindful session that prioritises body awareness, focused breathing and movements aimed at reducing pelvic, hip and lumbar spine tension.
Mums/Dads and Bubs Reformer
This unique class focuses on rebuilding core strength and flexibility in a supportive environment that welcomes both Mums or Dads and their little ones.
Teenagers
Our reformer Pilates for Teens classes enhance core and pelvic floor strength, improve posture, and boost athletic performance. Perfect for all fitness levels, these sessions focus on engaging deep core muscles, which can have an overall positive impact on bladder and bowel health.
EmpowerFlow Reformer Pilates for Peri and Post Menopause
Our reformer Pilates for menopause classes focus on improving core strength, flexibility, and balance, whilst alleviating symptoms like hot flashes and joint pain. Designed for all fitness levels, these sessions also include some weight training to promote bone health and increase overall muscle mass, providing a supportive and effective workout tailored to the needs of women in peri or post menopause.

What if I prefer to book a private Pilates class?
If group classes are not your thing we also have one-on-one Pilates sessions as well as duet and trio sessions. One-on-one sessions can be booked via our booking app or by contacting our friendly front desk team. Duet, Trio and Clinical Pilates sessions can only be booked via our front desk team. Please note that Clinical Pilates is exclusively conducted by an experienced and registered physiotherapist, who will assess and treat dysfunction with tailored exercises using the Pilates method and equipment.
How much are your group classes, private sessions and Clinical Pilates?
For all Pilates group and private sessions please have a look at the different option on the OClass Ignite app as there are different pricing options depending on the different packages available. All clinical Pilates sessions are led by one of our AHPC registered physiotherapists and all bookings can be done here.
