Lucie Lamprey

Senior Pelvic Health and Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist

Special interest in Women’s Health and Musculoskeletal Conditions

Originally from Wales, Lucie qualified as a physiotherapist in the UK in 2008. She began her career in London, where she worked for three years before relocating to Singapore. Early in her professional journey, she discovered a strong interest in hands-on therapy, which led her to pursue a Master’s degree in Manual Therapy in Australia in 2013. During this time, she also earned certification as a Clinical Exercise Specialist from the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM); enhancing her design and implementation of exercise programs specifically for individuals with chronic diseases or health conditions such as high-risk pregnancies and metabolic disorders.

Lucie has had particular interest in the pelvis, spine and lower limb, which organically led to her interest in the pelvic floor and diastasis recti. With her strong musculoskeletal background Lucie is able to apply this to her woman’s health skill set; over the past decade she has undergone numerous post-graduate professional development courses specialising in treating pre-and post-natal women, pelvic floor disorders and diastasis recti.

Lucie is a goal-oriented physiotherapist who tailors each session to align with her patients' objectives. Her passion lies in empowering women to achieve their health goals, maintain an active pregnancy, and overcome any challenges they may face. She works with a diverse range of clients, from those new to exercise and individuals with pre-existing medical conditions to recreational and elite athletes.

Outside of the clinic you can find Lucie planning her next scuba diving trip or taking her 2 little girls out for an adventure. Lucie is back playing social netball and mixes up her classes between BFT, Pilates and yoga.
