Q: When can I start Mums/Dads & Bubs Pilates after giving birth?

A: You can typically start postnatal Pilates about 6 weeks after a vaginal or C-section delivery as long as you have had clearance from your healthcare provider. We strongly recommend you visit one of our women’s health Physiotherapists to assess your pelvic floor and core before joining our postnatal reformer, Mums/Dads & Bubs classes or one-on-one Pilates, but this is not a prerequisite to starting our classes.

Q: What should I bring to class?

A: Please bring a pair of grip socks, a blanket for your baby, a water bottle, and any baby essentials you might need during the session. Grip socks can be purchased at the front desk in case you forget to bring them with you. 

Q: Do I need prior Pilates experience to join?

A: No prior Pilates experience is necessary. Our classes are designed to accommodate all fitness levels, with modifications provided as needed.

Q: Is it safe to exercise with my baby?
